Return and Refund Policies

Please find our return and refund policies below:
This Return & Refund Policy applies solely to purchases made on Style Vision’s Online Store (www.stylevision.com.my).

Return & Refund

All goods sold are final and cannot be returned and/or refunded. For any dispute, please email to response@stylevision.com.my for our team to investigate on case-by-case basis.

Warranty

Coverage and Duration
Warranty service will be provided for products according to warranty period specified on the product pages.

Claim Process:
For products that offer on-site warranty, customers can contact brands’ support team directly through contact number specified on the product packaging for on-site support at no cost.
For products that do not offer on-site warranty, customers can choose to:-

  1. bring the affected product to any Style Vision retail outlet, HQ or the brand’s support sites OR
  2. Courier the affected goods to any Style Vision retail outlet, HQ or the brand’s support sites at the customer’s expense.

Exclusions
Exclusions to warranty claim apply, please refer to details specified on the product pages.

Cancellations
Customers may cancel their purchase before the product purchased is shipped out. All cancellation requests must be made 12 hours after the purchase is made and must be emailed to response@stylevision.com.my . Cancellation fee may apply.
